Following the sound, she stepped quietly through the tall grass. There, behind a big rock, was a little dinosaur. She was small, with shiny scales and a friendly smile.

“Hello!” said Aahana. “I’m Aahana! What’s your name?” The tiny dinosaur looked a bit sad. “I’m Dino. But no one can hear my roar.” Aahana frowned. How could such a sweet friend go unheard?

Aahana knelt down. “Let’s see if we can make your roar louder!” she said. Dino nodded eagerly. Together, they took deep breaths. Aahana shouted, “ROAR!” but Dino’s was just a whisper.

“Let’s try again!” said Aahana. She led Dino to a hill. Standing tall, Aahana took a big breath. They shouted together, “ROAR!” But still, Dino’s sound was soft and sweet.

Dino’s eyes sparkled with hope. “You really can hear me?” Aahana nodded. “Yes! Just because your roar is quiet doesn’t mean it isn’t special!” Dino beamed.

They arrived at a meadow full of flowers. Aahana picked a big, bright daisy. “Let’s make you a special flower crown. A crown for a queen with a tiny roar!”

Aahana shouted, “On the count of three, we all roar!” The kids joined in. One, two, three! A chorus of roars filled the air. But Dino’s was still the sweetest whisper.
