Delivery Timeline

Standard:
5-8 business days across India
Rush (Add-on):
2-3 business days (available for Classic & Premium tiers)

Business days exclude weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and national holidays.

Free standard shipping is included on all tiers — Starter, Basic, Classic, and Premium.

Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days within India.

We partner with trusted logistics providers:

  • Shiprocket: Pan-India coverage with real-time tracking
  • Delhivery: Fast, reliable delivery with photo proof

The specific courier will be assigned based on your location and delivery requirements.

Order Tracking

All GiftBooks orders come with free tracking. You can track your order in three ways:

  • 1.Use your Order ID at giftbooks.co.in/track
  • 2.Check the tracking link sent via email after shipment
  • 3.Receive SMS updates with key milestones (dispatch, in-transit, delivery)

Service Area

Currently: All of India (PIN code serviceability is verified at checkout)

Coming Soon: International shipping to select countries

If your PIN code is not serviceable, you'll see a message at checkout. Contact us for alternative solutions.

Delivery Confirmation

Delivery is confirmed through:

  • Courier signature or digital proof
  • SMS and email confirmation to the registered number
  • Tracking status updated as "Delivered"

Refund Policy

Before Payment Verification

Timeline: First 24 hours after payment

Refund: 100% refund of the amount paid

Process: Contact support via WhatsApp or email to cancel. No questions asked.

This is ideal if you change your mind immediately after placing an order.

After Payment Verification, Before Printing

Timeline: 24 hours after payment verification

Refund: 100% refund to original payment method

Process: Contact support to cancel before printing begins. Refund is processed within 24 hours.

Payment verification typically takes 24-48 hours. Once verified, your order moves to the printing queue.

After Printing Starts

Cancellation: NOT POSSIBLE

Once printing begins, your book cannot be cancelled. However, if there's a printing defect, we will reprint at no cost.

We notify you via email and WhatsApp before printing starts, giving you a final window to cancel.

Refund Processing Timeline

Once approved, refunds are processed as follows:

UPI Refunds:
2-3 business days
Card Refunds:
5-7 business days (depends on your bank)

Refunds are processed via Razorpay to your original payment method (UPI, card, or net banking).

Refunds for Change of Mind

Before Printing: You can cancel with a full refund.

After Printing: No refunds for change of mind. The book is yours to keep or gift.

This policy exists because each book is uniquely personalized and cannot be resold or re-gifted to another child.

Refunds for Quality Issues

Printing Defects: Free reprint with expedited shipping

Damaged in Transit: Free replacement shipment

Missing Content: Free reprint

Report Timeline: Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery

Send photos of the defect via email or WhatsApp for quick assessment.

Return Policy

Personalized Products

Return Status: NOT RETURNABLE

As each GiftBooks storybook is personalized with your child's name and details, they are not returnable for change of mind.

Defective Products

Return Status: REPLACEABLE

Timeline: 7 days from delivery

Process: Send photos of the defect. We'll send a replacement at no cost.

No need to return the defective book. We'll send a new one and cover all shipping costs.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Before payment verification: Yes, you can cancel and reorder. After payment verification: Contact us immediately, we'll help if possible.

What if my PIN code is not serviceable?

You'll see a message at checkout. Contact us via WhatsApp—we may be able to arrange special delivery or offer alternatives.

Can I get rush delivery?

Yes! Rush delivery (2-3 days) is available as an add-on for Classic and Premium tiers during checkout.

How do I track my order?

Use your Order ID at giftbooks.co.in/track, or click the tracking link in your email. You'll also receive SMS updates.

What if the book arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll send a replacement with prepaid return label. No questions asked.
