High above the swirling clouds, Shreyam floated in his spaceship, gazing at the vast expanse of Earth below. Today was special! The whole country was preparing for the Festival of Lights, known as Diwali. Shreyam couldn’t wait to watch the bright colors burst forth as darkness fell.

As twilight crept in, Shreyam’s spaceship zipped across the sky. He watched as bustling towns and cities lit candles and hung twinkling lights. Each little glow looked like stars scattered on the land, and Shreyam's heart soared with excitement. ‘What a sight!’ he exclaimed.

Shreyam adjusted his controls and soared higher, eager to see more. From his lofty perch, he could see rivers of light winding through streets, illuminating smiling faces. ‘It’s like a painting coming to life,’ he thought as he imagined the revelers below.

Suddenly, Shreyam spotted a large bonfire in a village. Families gathered around, sharing stories and sweets. He felt warmth radiating from the scene, even from up high. ‘This is what brings people together,’ he realized. The festival was not just about lights, but love too.

He zoomed in to watch the preparations for the big fireworks show. Fireworks were made from special powders that sparkled in the air, lighting up the night with brilliant colors. Shreyam learned that the word Diwali means row of lamps, celebrating the victory of light over darkness.

Amid the brilliant fireworks, Shreyam noticed one child, holding a small, homemade rocket. He watched closely as the child lit the fuse. When it soared up, the child jumped in joy, and Shreyam chuckled, remembering how he loved making rockets too.
