Aahana woke up excited! Today was safari day. She packed her snacks and put on her favorite hat. Off she went, ready for an adventure among the animals!

First stop, the tall grasses! Aahana spotted a sneaky zebra. "Look at those stripes!" she cheered. "They help him blend in with the grass!"

Next, Aahana met a cheeky monkey swinging in a tree. "Can you jump like me?" the monkey challenged. Aahana laughed and tried to leap, just like her new friend.

Then she found a colorful parrot. "Polly wants a cracker!" it squawked. Aahana giggled. She learned that parrots can mimic sounds. How silly they can be!

Suddenly, Aahana heard a deep roar! She tiptoed closer and saw a majestic tiger resting. "Wow, look at those stripes!" Aahana whispered in awe.

Aahana remembered it was International Tiger Day! She thought, "I want to count those stripes!" She counted one, two, three... so many stripes in all!

The tiger woke up and stretched. Aahana was scared but remembered to be calm. "Hello, Mr. Tiger! Your stripes are beautiful!" she said sweetly.

The tiger smiled softly. "Thank you, Aahana! My stripes help me hide. It’s important to protect me and my home. Can you help?"

Aahana nodded. "Yes! I will tell everyone about you!" She felt brave as she thought of the tiger’s home — the wild and the grass.

Onward she went, meeting elephants, giraffes, and even playful meerkats. Aahana shared facts about each animal with everyone she met.
