In the tall grass, Maryam sees a big elephant. Its ears flap like fans! 'Hello, Ellie!' Maryam waves. Ellie trumpets back!

Next, they meet a group of monkeys swinging in the trees. 'Join us!' they call. Maryam laughs as she watches them play.

Maryam follows the sound of a roar. She finds a lion! 'Roar!' says Leo the Lion. Maryam roars too, and they roar together!

Suddenly, Maryam spots a giraffe! It stretches its long neck to munch on leaves. 'Wow! You are so tall!' Maryam giggles.

Next, they walk to a pond. A crocodile floats by. 'Hello, Croc!' says Maryam. The crocodile smiles with a toothy grin!
